EverQuest was launched five years before by Sony. It has been updated many times. The most notably updation is a grand total of seven different expansion packs. Out of these, six were retail products and only one was available for paid download.
EverQuest: Gates of Discord features twenty new adventure zones, the new berserker character class, dozens of new alternative advancement skills for high-level characters, and many more in it. Like other EverQuest, the content of this expansion is geared squarely toward very experienced players.
The appeal to new players for this game solely lies in the fact that this game features the first new EverQuest character class. Well, the new berserker is not so enticing.
EverQuest has been designed primarily as such that warriors, clerics, and even enchanters can always be in high demand among player groups. New EverQuest player after entering the game for the first time is bombarded with multiple help pop-up windows that seems as if he or she just triggered a self-destruct sequence.
